Well, today isn’t getting any better. Just when you think things are improving they take a turn for the worse. Rich’s nurse (Becka) just called and told me that he is going to be having emergency surgery on his stomach. They aren’t quite sure what is going on in there and they need to take care of it before his counts start coming down again. So today is the day they are going into him and they don’t know what they are looking for. They have a feeling that it might be his stomach lining that could be perferated or his appendix. Please pray for us both today, we really need it right now.

I am definitely praying for you and Rich both. Praying for steady hands for the doctors and that they’re able to fix whatever is wrong with his stomach.

You can count on our prayers also. Bekah was praying at lunch that Rich wouldn’t be throwing up any more and that God would please not let him have cancer anymore and that he could rest nicely in his handsome boy bed.

Today sounds like it really sucks. You have to know that we are praying. I know its hard to be strong but its ok to cry. Remember that God is right beside you. He is your daddy and feel his presence. He loves you. He will not let you drown. We love you guys.
